Changes the handle/strap on money bags to pride flags, currently doesn't change the 'validated' texture from pure meth, or clean jewelry.
Was originally going to be a mod that has the flag span across the entire bag, but lining it up was hard to do, and it was too many things to edit for the originally planned 18 flags.
