I missed my boy Louis.
So instead of playing Left 4 Dead, I added him to PD3

Changes:

• Hoxton's default suit
• Hoxton's head and arms
• Chain's/Hoxton's/Houston's default gloves

Removes:

• Mask strap
• Hoxton's default mask

Known issues:

• Chain's/Houston's default gloves changed - Hoxton, Chains and Houston share default gloves

• Why is he so dark? - cause he's black. But fr the problem is with the material. Louis's original material added a sort of glare to him which is missing here because PD3 doesn't allow materials that aren't already present in game files.
