Tool to edit Unreal localisation (.locres) files, supports Windows x86/x64, and Linux x64.
I made this with Payday 3 in mind, because I am already bad at organising and using something like Google Sheets with different versions of the data is.. no.
This tool is best used for en-masse text replacement, or just easier text replacement, as locres mods override other locres/text mods usually. Using UAssetGUI and editing the text directly is best for other use cases.
