Since the vanilla buff activation sound can be easily missed, as much as playtime will get you used to know when you'll get those, I think its cool to have an adrenaline inject sounding SFX too. So I used the Second Heart Cyberware SFX from Cyberpunk. You can now be Johnny Silverhand in PD3 (kinda).
Sped up the sound effect a bit with some faster fading to make it fit nicely, I didn't want the sound to be too long.
Preview at 80 main volume and 30 SFX, as far as I recall:
