Swaps out those nasty orange incandescent light bulbs for some power efficient white LED ones.
In game it will look green because Payday 3 has horrendous color grading - you can use this mod to disable that.

This is already part of Cook Off day but isolated for those of you that like the night and want to see actual colours.
