This mod is no longer relevant as of Update 7.

In update 5 they changed Cutting Shot from +0.1 AP to +0.5 AP. A lot of high level players are upset by this change as Cutting Shot was already meta and didn't need a buff, and this change makes the game significantly easier. This mod simply reverts Cutting Shot from +0.5 AP back to +0.1 AP, like it was pre-update.
