Replaces all the buff icons with Bocchi the Rock! minimalist icons.
Also replaces the sound effects associated with Edge, Grit, and Rush
Loosely follows the typical coloured buff scheme.

Kita = Edge
Ryo = Grit
Nijika = Rush
Bocchi = Invulnerability
Kikuri = ECM
PA-San = High Grain
Seika = Encumbrance
