Adds a simple health bar to the left of the minimap.
Features:
By default the health bar transitions from green to red based on your current health.
Your current health value is shown in a text box under the health bar.
Health bar flashes yellow when you are infected in Patient Zero.
Some colour schemes are included. If you wish to create your own you can copy colour_schemes\main\default_colours\chunk0\00E4170B1BDDBEFA.json and colour_schemes\secondary\default_colours\chunk0\006D86C5584C7B9F.json into your own mod (make sure it has higher priority in the mod manager) or edit them within this mod (mod updates will overwrite any changes you make though).
