Includes original soundfiles in .wav format as well as mp3 (Full Tracks) & AUP3 (Audacity Project File) if you decide to take a look at the glueing process of the tracks or simply do your own thing.
I'm no expert in this by any means, hence why Audacity files may look messy when you open them up. Apologies in advance.
I didn't bother to include Anticipation Loop tracks in most of the mixing process since they're really hard to hear or too short to even notice them. (Can be found in the files regardless. I will always provide files even if I personally do not use them.) The same goes for the Assault to Control, the tracks were not used mainly because they would make things way too complicated.

Rock the Cradle
Edited a small part out of Nightclub's Assault track to make it smooth like heard in game. Original file remains unedited so feel free to use it however you like.
DJ Distraction tracks have been also added.
Includes two Full Heist tracks either with Club music on/off.
99 Boxes
99 Boxes is the only Heist I was having troubles with since it uses 3 tracks directly from Road Rage. Took me a while but figured things out thanks to help of Sprin.
Trigger Points
Entering the warehouse - (Road Rage) Stealth 1 to 2 into Stealth 2
Placing the Liquid Nitrogen Coolant - (Road Rage) Stealth 2 to 3 into Stealth 3
Locating the correct Container/Using QR code - (Road Rage) Stealth 1 to 2 into Stealth 4
Securing the first Component - (Road Rage) Control to Anticipation into Stealth 5 track.
Control Intro + Control Loop for Alarm
(Road Rage) Control to Anticipation into Anticipation Intro for Assault Incoming
Lastly Assault Intro & Assault Loop for Assault Phase.
Syntax Error
Stealth Transition tracks go as it follows A, D, B and C.
Assault intro wasn't used since Anticipation Intro track does the trick.
Boys in Blue
Stealth 2 gets triggered after the distract or subdue the Captain objective
Stealth 3: plays as soon as you get the optional Plant Listening devices objective while getting security clearance for Captain's computer
Stealth 4 Intro & actual track plays as soon as you pick up the red keycard from the locker room.
Stealth 4 to Stealth 5 and Stealth 5 track plays the second you use the fingerprint on the vault door.
Alarm starts Control loop, then Anticipation Intro, which lead us to Assault Intro and finally Assault track.
I've cropped the intro part from the Assault track as Assault Intro plays the simliar tune.

Stealth 2 starts when you reach 28% threshold and secure 4 bags
Stealth 3 starts at 57% loot threshold and secure 7 bags
Stealth 4 for me got triggered randomly when I was looting the With this Ring store. It also looped again as I opened the vault with red keycard. So It probably depends on the loot you grab. I have not scanned anybags for this run.
Control Into > Control Loop > Anticipation Intro > Assault
Anticipation loop is not used in the project, but included in the files.

Stealth 1 Intro into Stealth 1
Stealth 2 starts right after you pass the detectors
Stealth 3 Intro + Stealth 3 play upon entering the courtroom

Stealth 5 plays right after hacking court clerk's computer.
Alarm triggered > Control Loop > Anticipation Intro > Assault
Both heists have a slightly different Assault track that is currently unused or loop randomly. They can be found in their respective folders.

Stonk_Transition_BetweenStealths_HighIntensity and then Stealth 4 - Interacting with the console in the Transfer Control.
Stonk_Stealth_04_alt_195bpm, Stonk_Stealth_04_noSaxSolo_195bpm loop randomly depending on how fast you complete the objectives around the stock market.
Stonk_Stealth_05_190bpm - Starts when you use the EMP and begin the escape phase
