Replaces 2 of Hoxton's 20 pagers with this distinguished British gentleman (Steven Dawson), which is a 10% chance to hear it every pager answer. I replaced two instead of one because I restarted 9 times and answered 40 pagers not hearing it once when it was at 5%.
