Replaces the HUD widgets with Beta HUD Widgets.
Its not a perfect 1to1 version of the Beta HUD as I have had to manually go through and recreate each UI element to make them look like the beta (to avoid crashes). Not everything has been recreated yet and there are still some visual improvements I want to make.

The buffs disappearing when you are close to a techie is not a bug from the mod, it's a bug that pertains in the base game. However in the base game, it turns the buff into a thin horizontal line, in the mod it makes them disappear. For that reason this isn't a bug I can fix
