Replaces the van model with a modified version to allow for better van designs. (Removes the outdent on both sides near the bottom)

P.S This should work with existing van textures. If the bottom part is now black/missing then it is most likely because the modmaker of the van texture replacement you are using has left it out due to how they set up the texture.
