8/1/2024 EDIT: This is no longer relevant as I used it mainly to learn a little bit of LUA, but also Update 22 that is out which makes this mod nil. It shall stay up for archive purposes.

Re-orders the Recon proficiency list to push back some better skills to the higher levels while also trying to tie them into other good skills. Some that I felt might be underused were moved lower and into different sets so it's more likely to be picked. 1, 5, 10, 15 etc are untouched.

Goes in mods folder. Retrain your current Recon character for the changes to appear. But I'd recommend starting from scratch so that I may receive any feedback to go over and review.

Thanks to the LGL discord for pointing me in the right direction for a decompiled lua github that's not almost six years old and where to look to alter things.
