Disables interaction wheel (also known as interaction circle) when you hold down your "Mark/Shout" button.

Now you can combine "Interact" and "Mark/Shout" just like in Payday 2.
Planning to make a separate keybind for interaction wheel in the future.

Fixed a breaking bug - first 17 people who dowloaded the mod need to do so again. Sorry for inconvenience.
