If you only want the menu music replacement simply put the .pak file into your mods folder as usual.

If you also want the login screen video you will need to put the BG_LoginVideo_01.bk2 into your Movies folder and replace the original (PAYDAY3\PAYDAY3\Content\Movies) and be sure to make a backup of the original in case you want the original video back later.
