First public PD3 mod, PAYDAY3Mods don't steal pls

Replaces the Hoxton mask mold "Owl or Blade" with my "PAYDAY 2 OC" (cringe), Fiery Demise's Death Sentence skull. Basically a white Death Sentence skull with the Venomous pattern attached.

KNOWN ISSUE: This mod also replaces the default Hoxton mask model and has a wrong texture.

(sort of) Does not support colors and mask patterns.
