As the title liteally said this mod replaces the loading screen background of payday 3 with the vertigo background scenery from csgo.
originially this was one of the avaiable menu backgrounds in csgo before csgo got brutally murdered by cs2.
the installiation process should be pretty simple.
go to your payday 3 folder (the one the game is installed in)
in the game directory go to PAYDAY3 > Content > Movies
replace the BG_LoginVideo_01.bk2 with the one that is inside of the downloaded zip
3.1 (optional) save the original BG_LoginVideo_01.bk2 somewhere on your computer in case you want to uninstall the mod
and your done
