I changed the circle in the scope to a dot like we all know and love from every other shooter. Look at pictures for reference.

Install like almost every other mod. Put it in:
Steam\steamapps\common\PAYDAY3\PAYDAY3\Content\Paks~mods

Put this into your launch options in steam or epic
