For this tutorial, i will be explaining this assuming you have no previous knowledge of how to mod PAYDAY3, albeit i will be a little bit brief.

Resources Required For This Tutorial:

1. Unreal Engine 4 Version: 2.27.2
2. Repak
3. Patience

1. Download and Extract the .rar folder
2. Edit the PNG images inside to your taste. (PNG's are Numbered 1 to 13, this is because UI>Textures>InventoryIcons Needs to be matched with, so the correct stickers appears in your UI)
   2.1: Your Images must be inside the Pink Square, if its too big it might glitchout in game, if its stretching colours in your gun, just reduce the size of the image.
3. Once done Editing, Rename PAYDAY3 Sticker Template to your mod name.
4. Open Unreal Engine V:2.27.2 and create a new project and name it PAYDAY3 and remove Starter Content
   
5. Grab, Drag and drop the folder Content Browswer Area
   
6. Your Files should be looking something like this. AND to SAVE ALL
   
   Once saved, the little stars in the textures should disapear.
7. Prooced to File>Cook da food
   
8. Go to your Unreal Engine Projects PAYDAY3>Saved>Cooked>WindowsNoEditor>PAYDAY3>Content>your folder should be here
   
   8.1: Create a Folder Called Repak and drop your Repak.exe executable in it.
   8.2: Drop your mod folder in your Repak Folder.
   
9. In the Repak Folder Hold Shift, and left click with the mouse > Open CMD/PowerShell Window Here
   
10. Run the command .\repak.exe pack Yourmodnamewithoutspaces
    
11. YOUR MOD IS DONE ;3
