Replaces default gloves with monke

To install-

1. Include -fileopenlog in the games launch options
2. Place HarambeGloves-v1.0.pak in PAYDAY3\PAYDAY3\Content\Paks\~mods\, if the ~mods folder does not exist then create it
3. Start the game and enjoy
