Make sure to go to your steam options for the game and type this variable in the launch options box. It is the exact same process and variable for Epic Games.

Navigate to the games movie folder C:\ ...\PAYDAY3\Content\Movies and either rename or backup the files
StartUp_Deepsilver.bk2
StartUp_SBZ.bk2
StartUp_Unreal.bk2

Then you can extract the files provided to that folder.
