For installing Cassette Beasts mods on PC :

Open your %appdata% folder. Easy way to is Windows Key+R and type %appdata%, then okay.

Locate Cassette Beasts folder inside the %appdata% folder.

Create a mod folder if there is not one already.

Put the .pck file of a mod inside the mod folder.

All done! Start up the game!
