I was sad the small frogs were evil so now they arent!

This changes the genome file to include a new genome that only the small frogs are part of.
This makes small frogs friendly to the player and has no changes to any other relationship with any other entity

if someone can tell me how to make it just add to the csv intead of overwritting it that would be cool

New version spawns frogs at the start to say hi and good luck!
