Shotgun reload doesn't stop until all shells are loaded by Punished Bernadetta

RAID BLT has been deprecated in favor of RAID-SuperBLT. The mod may still work with RAID-SuperBLT but may require modifications to function correctly.

Shotgun reload doesn't stop until all shells are loaded

with shotguns, if you start reloading and during it pick up ammo, you will stop reloading at ammo count you had when you started reloading
i.e. i start reloading browning auto when i have 5 shells, pick up 10 more, and i will stop reloading at 5

This mod fixes it.

When we start reloading, player remembers time at which reload should stop, so it means that even if there are shells left to be reloaded, it will stop at the set point in time anyways
i fixed it by asking shotgun every frame what is the time until all shells are actually reloaded
