This basically turns off most of the parameters that carry the sound effects of Santa when he teleports around, this includes:

• The Cowbell/ chiming bells used to locate Santa
• The "Ho Ho Ho" of Santa is completely muted
• The sound effects of the bells when Santa lands or leaves is confined to the room he is in, rather than being level-wide

This was made because I just wanted to take pretty pictures of the Paris level, and those sounds got on my nerves really quickly.
