Makes down part of armor frame more visible.

This mod comes in 2 versions:

• Original, patching armor frames for all masks from vanilla game.
• Version 2 [with pmp1 DLC], patching armor frames for all masks from vanilla game + masks introduced in the DAHM's PAYDAY masks pack DLC 1.
