gives enemies (besides gangsters and murky water mercs) shadow casters by re-using their g_body_lod2 object as a shadow caster. comes in 4 versions, standard, no cloaker night vision goggles, no LOD transitions and no LOD transitions along with no cloaker night vision goggles.
recommended combing this with this mod, for slightly less blurry shadows.
