scouter, Vorpal bullets, and potion of gun friendship.
His weapon is Alien sidearm infinite.

In order to download the character you slip the file into custom character data then extract it into a different copy and viola. ;)
After playing this, and playing way too much Risk Of Rain, I now have the urge to make a Bandit mod for Gungeon to further expand the ROR cast in this game.
