Fixes gibs and helmets lacking proper VFX upon hitting them.
Gibs previously would not emit blood upon being hit, instead emitting a weird fallback puff effect. This has been fixed.
Helmets on the other hand, did not work properly at all. They lacked any kind of proper feedback to being shot, with the helmet decal mesh fix however, they will now sometimes play a metal impact effect upon getting their helmet hit.
The helmet and gib fixes are two separate pdmods for people who want only the helmet decal mesh fixes or only the giblet fixes.
