Replaces the player character with Flandre Scarlet from the Touhou Project. Starts with the vampirism perk.

Comes with a configuration file 'flandre_config.lua' to enable or disable the glowing eyes, custom jetpack effect(Now fixed), or the starting vampirism. By default, steam stores these in the directory listed below which you can copy and paste.

Completed changes:
✅(Now configurable on/off) Disable food poisoning to give vampirism more viability, no more tiny pixels of oil in your blood pools to cause vomiting. How elegant.
✅Fix/add gibbed particles, so that the sprite doesn't melt into default noita-robe bits on death.
✅Update UV sprite maps to better show fluids

Future changes:
-Rework some animations to be more lively, or even hyperactive like the standing animation's flighty jumping.
-Consider emissive effects for the wings.
-Create Laevatein as a custom wand to accompany her.
