Spawns a wand workshop in holy mountains.

To operate one, throw a wand you wish to edit onto the central altar. It should levitate and the altar should light up.
Then, throw sacrificial wands onto any of the other altars in the rooms.
When you pick up the wand on the central altar again, some stats of the wand will have been replaced by the one of a sacrificed wand.
Each sacrificial altar has a specific stat it replaces.
