This mod lets you spawn with as many perks as you want and you don't even have to pick them up!
Simply edit the init.lua file, and add as many perks as you want. (I used notepad++)

Currently it gives you the perks "SHIELD", "EDIT_WANDS_EVERYWHERE", "HOVER_BOOST", and "EXTRA_MONEY".

Any feedback is appreciated, and i'm willing to make alternatives.
