Step 1:
Download and install the Custom Character Mod here. Instructions are included.

Step  2: 
Run the game once with Custom Character Mod installed to create the CustomCharacterData folder in your Enter The Gungeon
directory.
Download the Amako Character Zip file. Extract the zip into the CustomCharacterData folder.
