This is a new character based on an abandoned, barely functioning bullet reskin by Bad Drawing

Completed with all animation options included in the latest patch of the game and custom character mod

Character's mechanic:
Blank Kin moves a bit slower than the rest of the cast, have less starting hp, not good at range fight and has a really slow firing rate. However, he makes up for that with a bigger active item pocket, try to act cool as 3 times more as others at the start. Last but not least, he starts with the dream kit of all Kins, blank bullets and elder blank

installation: 
Get MTG:
Download Mod the Gungeon at: http://modthegungeon.eu/#download
Make sure Enter the Gungeon is closed
Open ETGMod.Installer.exe and press "Step 3: Install ETGMod"
Close the program
then, you need to download  and install  custom character mod if you have not already:

extract the zip file
copy the folder blank kin into the custom character folder
launch the game and type character blank_kin and enjoy
