This was more of a personal project, but it ended up being really good so I decided to share it. Replaces the Flamers voicelines with DIOs voicelines from the 1998 JoJo's Bizarre Adventure video game.

NOTE: I've noticed that sometimes the voicelines just dont play, and the stock Flamer voicelines are played instead. I don't know why it does this and I'm sure I replaced all of the flamers voicelines (I went through all 2493 enemy voicelines and found 30 flamer voicelines).
