This requires an extracted copy of the game's files. Drop the .exe in and run from Command Line.

Note
Sound files don't have the proper filepath, as they need to be "soundbanks/streamed/" instead of just "soundbanks/". If your computer doesn't freeze up from doing it, you can replace every instance of it to fix it.
