REQUIRES A CLEAN AND UPDATED GAME EXECUTABLE TO WORK
The patcher will overwrite parts of the executing game code to enable voice-overs emulation

Hot-Patches the game to enable:

• Voice-overs as in the PSVita version
  
• Bindfold "DLC" (Not available on PC Port)
  
• Removes Obnoxious Pink Smoke (Toggleable)
  
• Mod Loader
  

Installing the Mod Loader:

The Mod Loader is provided in two fashions, use only one of the two:

• Loader Version:  put cgio_loader.dll and cgio_loader.exe in the game directory, and launch it from the loader executable
  
• Hook Version: put d3d9.dll in the game directory, and launch it from the game executable
  

Hook version may or may not work with Windows 10, if you have issues with Creators Update, use the Loader version instead.

Using the Patches / Mod Loader:

• Press CTRL+S to Toggle the Smoke on or off
  
• Navigate to the option (when unlocked) with the keyboard/gamepad, mouse won't work, or press CTRL+B
  
• Place additional mods (as zip files) in the mods folder on the game directory
  
• Alternatively, place the loose files (not zipped) in the data/data_en or data/data_jp folders
  

Mod ZIP files only accept DEFLATE or UNCOMPRESSED methods
