That being said, this mod does not contain said females. Leave it to the bright modders who actually put more effort in making mods than me. But I guess Im an idiot because I spent more time writing this than actually describing the mod.

What this mod does is to make everyone kill eachother. Thats all you need to know.
The spell tome for this custom spell is located on a crate in the abandoned room of Dragonsreach. If you don't know where that is go ask Nazeem since he gets to the Cloud District more often than you.
(or just do the Whiterun Deadric quest)
More in-depth, it's a slightly OP version of the basegame Frenzy spell, with x2 AoE, 10 magicka cost and affects up to LvL 50. Even with double AoE the blast is still very small, but enough to create one of the greatest fight clubs in Skyrim, like this:
No, this mod does not include a sausage fest script. I have no idea how to script and Im not bothered to.
Installation
Despite everything this mod has to offer, you won't download it anyways because it doesn't contain ass, tits and willies.

Place the .esp file here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\Data
It should have backwards compatibility with ultra HD remaster edition with super expensive paid mods as paid cosmetic items with stat boost I swear this sounds too familiar Special Edition since this mod is composed entirely out of basegame assets.
