The Happy Little Gun is an assault rifle with a magazine size of 30, max ammo capacity of 400 and has a 15% chance of poisoning the target with its oil-based paint bullets. it also has 3 modes that alternate when reloaded; each alternation increasing poison chance but lowering the magazine during that mode.

Example stats (devs can change when they'd like and )
Standard fire: magazine size - 30, poison chance 15% (the starting fire before reloading the gun)
The Standard fire shoots much like a normal semi-automatic assault rifle

Secondary fire: magazine size 15, poison chance 45% (the mode after reloading the gun from the starting fire)
The Secondary fire shoots in bursts of 3 and increasing the poison chance from the original 15% to 45%

Tertiary fire: magazine size is 5, poison chance is 100% with a 1.5x boost to damage when using this mode (the mode after reloading the gun from the secondary fire)
The Tertiary fire shoots a larger projectile with a 100% chance of poisoning but with a magazine of 5 and a 2-second delay from shooting the next projectile.
