Replaces the current 512x256 texture quality with higher customized background of San Francisco because it performs and looks better visually and i've did some edits to it to match the current pdth texture feeling, very noticeable for higher native resolution support of 16:9 aspect ratio.

To install this modification you're gonna need Bundle Patcher 1.12,
you can find it on zabb65's payday 2 modding repo under
pdthmod_tool.zip name. This one is highly recommended to install PAYDAY: The Heist mods.
