Simple Hitmarkers as DorHUD module.

• an orange X means regular hit.
• when it's green, it was a headshot.
• and when it's surrounded by a circle O, it was a kill.

INSTALL: just drop the "hitmarkers" folder into your "dorhud" folder.

tested on DorHUD version: 1.8.6

Updated in 2023: More options were added, and the default settings have been changed to be closer to PD2's hitmarker look.
