any way to disable the social wheel on teh same button as mark

I would like to rebind mark/social wheel to the interact button, but I cant because everytime I interact it also pops up the useless social wheel

I have tried to edit the inputs on my Xbox controllers using the in-game tools and manually editing the .ini files. I can't disable/remap the emote wheel. This stinks.
