Is there a guide for making voiceover mods?
Wondering if there's an existing guide detailing the process for making full voice replacement mods for heisters. Additionally, is there an estimation of how long it would take and how much expertise in modding it would take to do so? I am mentally deranged enough to want to try to do so but I don't know where to start.

well the only thing I could tell you is
It's simple but not easy
each character has over 1000 voiceline (most of them are useless tho)
all you need to do is
find the voiceline files you wanted
get the sound file to ogg and transform it into .stream file
and uh
I recommend making voice over mod with those heisters who already have them
or the xml file will be the last pain in the ass
