Error when uploading mod image

Hey hey, I'm trying to add an image to my mod and every time it finishes uploading I get this error message:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32768 bytes) in /var/www/html/mws/utils/utils.php on line 308

Is this something on my end or the site's?
