I think there used to be one on this site back before modding was possible, but now modding IS possible but the game doesn't really have a dedicated website for posting content.
The most common mods are icon packs which have basically only be available on Reddit and a downloadable mod tool. If people wanna update their packs they need to make a new reddit post, all links direct to a mega or mediafire link. It's all very disorganized.
Lately there's been a push for actual mods however. There's a discord called Mods By Daylight that's been creating impressive stuff. Custom model replacements, custom music, custom maps, custom balancing, etc. And it's all done on a private server its basically its own game client. The problem though is there's still no dedicated place to release mods. Gamebanana's DBD section had a slight resurgence for a bit but no one wants to deal with that site so everything's been getting posted either in the discord I mentioned or specific content creators social medias such as twitter and tumblr.
Basically there's a modding scene but there's no where to put anything. It'd be interesting to see a push to incorporate this game into the modworkshop family because this sites already done so great with Payday.
