Adds Shorty (a custom character)

REQUIREMENTS:
Custom Characters Mod

Unzip the zipped folder and drop the folder "Shorty" into
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Enter the Gungeon\CustomCharacterData
Run the game and press ~ to ensure that Shorty is installed successfully
Run the command: character shorty
