This bothers me a bit. GL40 Grenade Launcher, HRL-7 Rocket Launcher and Compact Grenade Launcher suffers because of their low fire rate, they can't rapid fire during Swan Song like their big brothers.
Giving them a little bit more fire-rate doesn't ruin game balance, because it means nothing without Swan Song. Now you can bring chaos without taking China Puff.
