11 Sept- Fixed a syntax error in mod.txt that disabled the mod. Whoops...

DrivingHUD, originally made by Walrus, then fixed by Kamikaze94 to be part of WolfHUD, then extracted as a standalone. I didn't write any core functions, only some wire-snipping related to WolfHUD. If you don't want to install WolfHUD, but you want additional information while driving vehicles, then this mod is for you.
Original Upload Link (modworkshop; currently broken)

WolfHUD Link (github)

No ingame menu right now. You can change the options by editing DrivingCore.lua. I might add that later, but this works just fine without it, and most people are using WolfHUD anyway so...

* Make sure to drag the "Driving HUD mod_overrides" folder into "mod_overrides," or else a swarm of angry badgers will come into your house at night and mess up all of the labels on your meth ingredients.

* If you have WolfHUD, you do not need this mod, because it is already included in WolfHUD.

* If you have "HOTLINE MOD: Standalone Combo Counter," then you will have a conflict, because both mods use the "contact_vlad" background texture. This is not a BLT error- it's a simple asset_override conflict. I'm not going to fix this, because it would be easier to change the Combo Counter. You won't crash, but it'll look pretty ugly with your Combo Counter mod.
fixed an error in mod.txt that prevented it from loading
look dude i didn't make the mod, i just extracted it

@Offyerrocker Thanks for reminding me, I thought I put that folder in mod_overrides but apparently I did not, my bad, thanks for that!

@BloodNDeception Did you install the "Driving HUD mod_overrides" folder that came with this mod into your "mod_overrides" folder? If not, you may have a mod conflict.

I don't get the model of the car in my hud, just a blob of grey with the masks, any idea what is wrong with that?

Awesome, I was looking for a (working) standalone so I wouldn't have to fix it myself. Thanks a bunch!

Thanks for answering my request, and it seems i'm not the only one wanting to use it.

It should be compatible with most huds. I did fix an error that for some reason wasn't in my copy, but was in the uploaded version, so it should work now.
