Blocks player to only Normal and Hard difficulty at start. Unlocking Very Hard at lvl 30, Overkill at lvl 50, and Mayhem (and above) at lvl 80.
Being in custody makes you earn less EXP (60% of normal earnings).
EXP multiplayer changed to reflect better how the difficulty changes (Hard is very similar to Normal, Very Hard to Overkill, etc).
Bonus for having all crewmates escaping safely increased (up to 1.4X for all 4).
Bonus for playing heists with multiple days (up to 1.5X for 3 days).
Killing civilians will decrease EXP (not sure if this works right now).
If you're max level, you can get something like Infinite Infamy (which I think is a pain but idk) or More Reputation (which is my waifu). The mod is ready for auto-updates in case I think it's too cheat-y or not good enough and need to change something later.
