Adds the SCAR-20 into the game as a standalone weapon.

Include custom stats:

It has a higher RoF and damage than the Contractor but it cannot be concealable.

Includes:

• Support of basic grips
• Support of basic barrel ext. and Contractor's silencer
• Support all basic sights (Sniper scopes not included because it's ugly as fuck)

Known issues:

• If you equip a other silencer than the Contractor's one, there will be no fire sound. I don't know if it's fixable.

To install, extract the folder in mod_overrides.
